Due to the personal and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. Devin3 Serenity does not offer refunds, except in cases where a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Each situation is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may result in a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet our refund criteria, including:

Claims made outside the required time frame (3 days after delivery)
Lack of photographic evidence for damage or error
Products that have been opened, used, or altered
Issues caused by shipping delays or errors by the carrier

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this Refund Disclaimer and agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes that contradict these stated terms.

Refund Policy

💥 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Email devinserenity25@gmail.com with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We’ll send a replacement or offer a store credit depending on the situation.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used products
Body butters, oils, lip balms, soaps, and other personal care items
Custom or personalized orders

💳 Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds, but in certain cases, we may issue a store credit or resend an item if there is a valid issue (such as damage or a packing error).

📬 Lost Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it:

Please contact your local USPS or shipping carrier first.
Then email us at devinserenity25@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim or resolving the issue if possible.
