Devin3Serenity, we want you to love your purchase! Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Devin3serenity@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly replace the item or offer a store credit if applicable.

• We do not accept returns for used or opened products.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping once they leave our facility.
