Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance with delivery issues.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer:
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Damaged or Melted Products:
Our whipped body butters are made with natural oils and butters that may soften or melt in high temperatures. We are not liable for melting or texture changes during shipping, but the quality and benefits of the product remain unaffected.
Shipping Policy - the basics
At Devin3Serenity, we want you to love your purchase! Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, all sales are final.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Devin3serenity@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly replace the item or offer a store credit if applicable.
